Holywell Bay Sandscape is one of Holywell Bay’s original holiday cottages, it dates back before 1940’s.

It has a charm all of its own and is quite spacious and detached. It is very popular with visitors who love its character and price. It sleeps up to four people. Situated on a small private park and only a stroll away from the beach, shops and Inns, so no need to use your car. There is a large picnic table to the front for your use whatever time of day you wish to sit outside, Breakfast, Lunch or evening B.B.Q.’s with lovely south facing sunny aspect.

Constructed internally from pine with “donkey breakfast” in parts.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms. One large double bedroom with bedside chests of drawers and wardrobe. Laundry basket and hair dryer.

The second bedroom has two 4 foot bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Third bedroom with 3 foot bunk beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe

Lounge

Lounge with large flat screen T.V. and D.V.D. player. Large sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, bookcase with radio/cd player, paperback books and a few board games.

Kitchen

Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox, iron and ironing board, Henry vacuum cleaner. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, everything you need for your stay with us, if there is something you need “within reason” we will try to provide it for you.

Bathroom

Bathroom with shower cubical.

Additional Info

Each room has electric panel heaters. Bathroom has heated towel rail. Electric is metered @£1. We charge you below the rate we are charged, so this means we do not charge you the full price for the electric you use.

Bedding, we provide one double and two single duvets, one blanket per bed and pillows. Linen can be provided at an extra cost of £10 per bed, please see booking form.

The outside is corrugated asbestos cladding which has been inspected by the council and has been passed as stable.

No smoking in the bungalow allowed.

No pets allowed.
