Holywell Bay. Riverside cottage is linked detached and sleeps up to four people. Situated on a small private park and only a stroll away from the beach, shops and Inns, so no need to use your car. There is a large picnic table to the front for your use whatever time of day you wish to sit outside, Breakfast, Lunch or evening B.B.Q.’s with lovely south facing sunny aspect.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms. One double bedroom with bedside chests of drawers and wardrobe. Laundry basket and hair dryer.

The second bedroom has two 2’6 foot single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Lounge

Lounge with large flat screen T.V. and D.V.D. player. Three piece suite, coffee table, bookcase with radio/cd player. D.V.D’s, paperback books and a few board games.

Kitchen

Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox. Dining table and chairs, iron and ironing board, Henry vacuum cleaner. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, everything you need for your stay with us, if there is something you need “within reason” we will try to provide it for you.

Bathroom

Bathroom with shower cubical, electric shaving point/toothbrush charging point.

Additional info

Each room has electric panel heaters. Bathroom has heated towel rail and fan heater. Electric is metered @£1. We charge you under the rate we are charged, so this means we do not charge you the full price for the electric you use.

Bedding, we provide one double and two single duvets, one blanket per bed and pillows. Linen can be provided at an extra cost of £10 per bed, please see booking form.

No smoking in the bungalow allowed.

No pets allowed.
