Cornish Holiday Accommodation in Holywell Bay, Cornwall,
“Penmerric Holiday Cottage” is a lovely semi-detached, sleeps up to four people plus a cot. Situated in a very small quiet cul-de-sac and only a stroll away from the beach, shops and Inns, so no need to use your car. Penmerric has its own private drive and car port. The driveway is on a slope at the front. To the rear is a gated south facing garden on two levels, which is laid to grass. There is a large picnic table and chairs for your use whatever time of day you wish to sit in the garden, Breakfast, Lunch or evening B.B.Q.’s with lovely south facing sunny aspect.
Welcome pack: Bottle Prosecco, soft drink for children, tea, coffee, milk, scones and cream. Wi-Fi. Electric all included in the price
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms.
Bedroom one, king-size bed with dressing table and stool, bedsides chest of drawers and wardrobe. Also a Flat screen television, laundry basket and hair dryer. Cot if required.
Bedroom two, has two 3 foot single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bed linen and towels are provided (one bath & one hand towel per person).
Lounge
Lounge with large flat screen T.V. and D.V.D. player. Three piece suite, coffee table, bookcase. D.V.D’s, paperback books and a few board games. Wood burner for the winter months. Electric heater.
Kitchen
Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge with icebox. Dining table and chairs, iron and ironing board, Henry vacuum cleaner. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, toaster, everything you need for your stay with us, if there is something you need “within reason” we will try to provide it for you.
Bathroom
Bathroom suite with separate shower cubical, electric shaving point/toothbrush charging point, heated towel rail.
Additional Accommodation Info
We do allow one small dog in this bungalow @£50 per week.
£100 refundable cleaning/dog hairs/ damage bond will be add on to your balance and returned provided the cottage is left as you found it.
No smoking in the bungalow allowed.
